Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement firmware for ESP32-based devices using C/C++.
• Optimize low-level code for microcontroller applications, focusing on performance, memory usage, and power efficiency.
• Implement long-range wireless connectivity technologies in embedded devices.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software with electronic components.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex embedded systems issues.
• Develop data exchange interfaces for seamless interaction between devices and central control systems.
• Document code, system architectures, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Continuously update expertise by tracking advancements and adopting cutting-edge industry standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in embedded systems programming.
• Expertise in developing applications using C and C++ coding languages.
• In-depth experience with ESP32 and Arduino development environments.
• Proficient in using Visual Studio Code and PlatformIO for coding and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient code for resource-constrained devices.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices for embedded systems.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred:

• Experience with GUI design using SquareLine Studio (LVGL).
• Familiarity with Xojo cross-platform development tools.
• Experience in electrical engineering principles and printed circuit board design.
• Understanding of physics principles related to heating and cooling systems.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols such as BLE, WiFi, and MQTT.
