To support their continued success, they are looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle & Analysis to be accountable for daily workflows and goals of processing claims. This person will provide guidance and leadership to the team with a focus on accountability and ensuring adherence to billing standards.

Focus:
• Responsible for direct reports and department metrics.
• Organize and direct all activities to ensure control and management of accounts receivable, including charge capture, claims production, claims scrubbing, billing, collections, customer service, denial management, cash posting, and follow-up on collection services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and directives from regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
• Produce top achievements for various benchmark datasets.
• Determine pre-payment and point-of-service collection policies and procedures.
• Function as the primary point-of-contact for the executive team in prioritizing and devising revenue cycle initiatives.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements associated with medical billing.
• Provide concise reporting to Executive Leadership on performance benchmarks as they relate to national, and client based KPI’s.
• Perform internal audits to monitor workflow compliance to measure performance and improvement opportunities.
Skill Set:
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within a financial/controller role.
• 7+ years of experience working with financial processes in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in healthcare-related business preferred.
• CPC, CRC, CPB, and/or CPPM certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field required.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, varying insurance types, and medical coding/billing.
• Demonstrated expertise in successfully driving high-performance financial planning while meeting or exceeding industry benchmarks.
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, trending, benchmarking, and financial analysis of the department performance.
• Extensive experience in providing direction and leadership with effective communication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and applications. Includes advanced understanding of Excel.
• Proven experience motivating and directing employees to optimize workplace productivity and promote professional growth.
• Demonstrated communication that promotes trust and credibility between clients, team members, leaders, and internal customer and vendors.
