Focus:

• Establish and oversee project cost reporting, providing regular insights to upper management and group controlling.
• Manage financial functions of sales divisions, including comprehensive sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Participate in the local annual budget preparation, enhancing procedures and delivering monthly reports.
• Develop and manage local risk management strategies and reporting mechanisms.
• Administer inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with established procedures.
• Master and maintain subsidiary reporting tools for effective account management and activity support.
• Actively contribute to the transition from GP to SAP, focusing on continual improvements post-implementation.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a preference for public accounting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and skillful use of various technological tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Spanish language is beneficial.
• Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
