Due to continued growth of the practice, they are hiring a Senior Consulting Manager to advise the company on business practices, change management, and related processes.
The Senior Consulting Manager will leverage their expertise process development and technology implementation to provide valuation analysis of various business activities. They will work with various stakeholders to deliver optimized business processes.

Focus:
• Evaluate requirements for business processes, defining scope and estimating project costs and details.
• Plan and execute technology audits, risk assessments, and evaluations of current processes. Recommend improvements to senior leadership.
• Work with senior leadership to define strategy for process optimization and change management.
• Ensure technical project initiatives align with the overall business goals of the company.
• Lead the selection and implementation of optimized technical solutions, including software.
• Organize, analyze, and communicate with both fellow consultants and internal personnel in a professional, productive, and efficient manner.
• Stay continually appraised of project status and report to stakeholders.
Skill Set:
• 8+ years of business process optimization and change management experience.
• Background with managing multiple systems, processes, and sets of requirements at once – either from a professional services or consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience implementing software systems and change management processes.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions and ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Business process smart – ability to look at business processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions.
• Team-oriented drive with a focus on the big picture and the greater good of the company.
• Up to 50% travel required.
