As a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Financials and Prism, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients leverage the power of Workday to transform their financial operations. You will be responsible for custom Workday Studio integrations, particularly Prism Pipeline development and orchestration, to enhance efficiency and data management in Workday Accounting Center. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

Focus:

Develop custom Workday Studio integrations, with a focus on Prism Pipeline development and orchestration. Manage Workday Financials and Workday Accounting Center to streamline financial processes.

Create inbound and outbound integrations within the Workday environment, optimizing data flow. Utilize your financial background to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients. Leverage your knowledge in mortgage processes to enhance financial solutions (mortgage experience is a plus but not required). Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Lead and support project teams, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Workday and Prism to continuously improve solutions. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Skill Set

Proven experience in Workday Studio integrations (DI), including custom Prism Pipeline development and orchestration.

Strong knowledge of Workday Financials, inbound integrations, and Prism outbound integrations. Financial background is highly beneficial. Mortgage experience is advantageous but not required. Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.

Team leadership and project management capabilities. Adaptable and eager to stay current with Workday and Prism advancements. Willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
