They are currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their Construction division. This role will be instrumental in keeping the team organized, informed, and productive. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, a quick learner, and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

Focus:

Work closely with technical experts and design professionals (such as engineers and architects) to outline project requirements. Secure favorable terms with external suppliers to achieve profitable contracts. Plan and oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Source necessary materials and equipment, monitoring inventory to address shortages proactively. Guide and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and additional staff, offering direction as required. Assess project milestones and compile in-depth reports, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Partner with internal departments to explore automation opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. Liaise with other company divisions on administrative and operational matters, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of departmental objectives.

Skill Set:

6+ years of experience in a Construction Management role, ideally in a related field such as HVAC or leisure facilities. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management best practices. Familiarity with quality control and occupational safety protocols. Proficiency in specialized construction management software. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational capabilities. Leadership abilities and experience in team coordination. Bilingual abilities, a plus.
