Our client, a premier global logistics company, recognized for its expertise in time-sensitive solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to support its Urgent Logistics division. This position merges account management with strategic business development, focusing on high-priority logistics for industries where timing is critical.

Focus:
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients across sectors such as automotive, technology, aviation, and fashion.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving growth in the Southeast region.
Formulate urgent delivery solutions using fast-track options, including priority flights, personal courier services, and tailored charter arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between clients and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and the successful execution of time-sensitive shipments.
Deliver round-the-clock support to meet the immediate needs of clients.
Collaborate with international teams to manage cross-border shipments and facilitate customs processes.
Track and monitor shipments in real-time, providing clients with timely updates.
Participate in industry events and engage with senior executives to foster new business relationships.
Skill Set:
Demonstrated experience in urgent logistics, ideally with a focus on international air freight.
Comprehensive understanding of specialized logistics offerings, such as On-Board Courier (OBC), expedited air transport (NFO), and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support services.
Proven ability to work with senior-level executives and global supply chain leaders.
Strong communication and networking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Willingness to travel approximately once per month.
Residency in the Southeast region (GA, NC, SC, AL, FL, or TN) with easy access to a major airport.
Experience in the automotive, technology, or aviation sectors.
Understanding of logistics in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
A successful track record in business development within the logistics field.
