Our client is a is a Real Estate Investment Trust committed to building lifelong wealth and creating legacies for investors nationwide.
They are currently seeking a diligent Securities Law Paralegal with a strong background in real estate and corporate law, particularly securities, to provide integral support in legal matters. This role involves assisting attorneys with clerical tasks, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.

Prepare and file SEC filings and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage document processes and approvals efficiently. Assist in SEC filings such as RegA+/RegD offerings, coordinating with transfer agents and broker-dealers. Act as a liaison for internal stakeholders in the SEC filing process, facilitating communication and ensuring timely compliance. Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and interrogatories. Conduct research on statutes, regulations, and legal articles, providing written analysis to attorneys. Review advertisements, product materials, and website content for compliance with laws and regulations.
Conduct review of Accredited/Non-Accredited investors and perform AML/KYC checks. Support corporate formation, organization, and preparation of legal documents. Ensure accurate and timely review, execution, and filing of corporate compliance and governance documents.
Bachelor’s degree in law or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a mid or large-size firm or corporate law department in a public company. Paralegal certificate preferred. Knowledge of SEC regulations, corporate governance, and securities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to quickly learn new software systems. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with professional verbal and written communication skills.
