The Sr. Analyst will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze, define, and implement system solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a thorough understanding of the SAP SD/LE modules to manage system configurations, business process design, testing, and documentation.

Focus:

Manage the functional aspects of logistics execution and integrations within the SAP system, including order management, transportation planning, and inventory management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and streamline logistics processes. Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation to support new functionality or process changes. Troubleshoot and resolve related issues. Provide end-user support and training as needed. Participate in project planning and execution related to logistics processes and systems.

Analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on the specified module and related processes. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure system changes are properly tested and implemented. Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP SD/LE module functionality.

Participate in system upgrades and releases to ensure a smooth transition.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/LE module configuration, testing, and support with a focus on logistics.

Minimum of 2 End to End full life cycle implementations of SAP. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including order management, transportation planning, and inventory management. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or higher. Experience in S4HANA highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the integration of the SD/LE module with other SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, and PP. Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation to support new functionality or process changes

Experience in business process design and improvement, including creating functional specifications and test cases. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
