Our client is a leader in the luxury vehicle space, offering top-quality transportation solutions. They are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist account managers throughout the sales cycle.
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for qualifying leads and fostering new and existing client relationships by presenting luxury transportation solutions catered to each client’s needs. They will support the sales cycle of these relationships and assist in closing deals.

Focus:
• Support the drive of business development and account managers efforts through lead generation, sales support, relationship management, and customer service.
• Assist on qualification calls to determine which solution is the best fit for the prospect.
• Generate high volume of contact with potential accounts through phone and email conversations.
• Maintain sales goals on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong existing relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Support uploading all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM and updating pipelines.
• Truly understand the value proposition of the company while understanding the industry and the company’s advantages.
Skill Set:
• 2+ years of luxury sales/customer support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Background in the high-end automotive industry a plus.
• Proven success in cold calling, building relationships, and meeting sales quotas.
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to develop strong account relationships, leading to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication; comfortable speaking and working with high-end clientele.
• CRM experience – Salesforce or related preferred.
• Team-oriented drive with a focus on the big picture and the greater good of the company.
• Superb time management, self-motivation, and proactivity skills.
