Sales Manager – Semiconductor (West Coast)
Our client is a premier developer of RF solutions, optical fiber technologies, and engineering services, catering primarily to aerospace and defense sectors. With a strong heritage in the industry, they are recognized for creating some of the most precise and powerful measurement systems globally. They are currently seeking a highly driven Sales Manager for the West Coast semiconductor market.
This role involves managing and expanding key customer relationships with major Tier 1 OEMs while promoting the company’s innovative RF technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in the semiconductor industry, combined with proven experience selling to top-tier manufacturers.

Focus:
• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major Tier 1 OEMs (Lam Research, Applied Materials, Intel, Micron, Samsung, TSMC, etc.).
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives to maximize revenue and market share.
• Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers, leveraging your deep knowledge of RF technology.
• Work collaboratively with internal engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing market feedback to drive product development and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and generate reports for management.
Skill Set:
• 5-7+ years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of RF technology and its application in the semiconductor sector.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Tier 1 OEMs (e.g., Lam Research, Applied Materials, Intel, Micron, Samsung, TSMC).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the West Coast region.
• Experience with optical fiber technologies and engineering services.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
