The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a team of dedicated sales representatives, and identifying new business opportunities in the electronic security and life safety sector.

Skill Set:
3+ years of sales experience with fire alarm systems preferred. A proven history of driving sales success in leadership roles, ideally within the realm of electronic security and life safety. An innate grasp of customer service principles, demonstrated by a track record of fostering long-lasting client relationships. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ability to dissect market trends, pinpoint lucrative opportunities, and formulate potent sales strategies. Exceptional negotiation acumen, consistently exceeding revenue targets and clinching pivotal deals. Proficiency in leveraging CRM software and other cutting-edge sales tools to track and optimize performance metric
