Our client provides a range of health solutions for patients in rural communities. Due to increased demand, they are looking to hire a Sales Director to develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
The Sales Director will also be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, establishing KPIs/sales targets, monitoring the performance of individuals and the overall department, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Focus:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to lead sales efforts, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
• Establish new and further develop existing business lines to expand the company’s reach and maximize growth opportunities in various regions.
• Manage metrics, and evaluate performance, policies, and procedures to continuously improve call center productivity.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure the team provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing the sale of health insurance plans.
• Effectively manage, lead, and mentor sales/call center teams to achieve sales targets.
• Provide regular forecasts and actual reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Stay up to date with state and federal regulations as well as company policy and procedures.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Health Insurance Producer License required.
• 3 or more years of experience managing a call center, and developing a telephonic sales team.
• Strong background in the health insurance industry, with a focus on Medicare.
• Demonstrated understanding of call center tools and technology used to manage KPIs.
• Knowledgeable of Medicare and other regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, and other similar computer systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
