They are hiring an RF Technician to work on a wide range of in-building projects, including DAS, public safety, and Wi-Fi systems.
The RF Technician will assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting distributed antenna systems. They work alongside a team of top engineers and PMs to deliver inspections, site surveys, and documentation for public safety projects.

Focus:
• Support in-building construction, upgrade, and maintenance projects from end to end.
• Analyze, commission, test, and troubleshoot DAS for public and private sector customers.
• Conduct RF testing using spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter, and more.
• Work with project manager to complete system changes and upgrades.
• Collect Sweep, fiber, and PIM (passive intermodulation) measurements and data.
• Maintain DAS/RF equipment according to industry performance standards.
• Prepare spec sheets, reports, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on DAS systems and equipment as necessary.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior technicians and other technical team members on site.
Skill Set:
• 3+ years of field experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in sweep testing, DC power, and sweep frequency.
• Thorough understanding of in-building, DAS, public-safety, and Wi-Fi.
• Strong proficiency with DAS OEM equipment, RF test and propagation tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
• OEM certifications such as Corning, Cisco, and SOLiD are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
