Reliability and Engineering Director

They are seeking a Reliability and Engineering Director to oversee our engineering operations, ensuring high reliability and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Focus:
• Lead the engineering and maintenance departments, focusing on enhancing system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and processes to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Oversee the design and modification of equipment and systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align engineering strategies with company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth understanding of surface preparation, thermal processing, and tubular finishing technologies is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering projects and teams.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing performance enhancement initiatives within maintenance and asset management operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in the use of engineering software and maintenance management systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools preferred.
