They are looking to hire a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support current policies and take ownership of documentation and database management. This individual will act as a POC between team members, investigators, and other vendors.

Focus:
• Focus on documentation generation and compliance while addressing regulations, policies, procedures, and more.
• Ensure regulatory files and processes are up to date and submitted for internal audits and site inspections.
• Upload all product paperwork and data collection into electronic databases.
• Work alongside team of group leaders to create and implement strategy and initiatives for growth and overall operational excellence.
• Establish proper product labels and implement into labeling systems.
• Prepare documentation for international packages and keep track of past records.
• Monitor and maintain all related department databases.
• Ensure overall health, safety, and environmental standards in relation to facility compliance.
Skill Set:
• 3+ years of regulatory or quality experience, preferably within a chemical or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Thorough understanding of chemical products compliance monitoring, regulations, and standards.
• Proven success drafting and writing compliance/regulatory documents, including contracts.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior success implementing compliance policies and procedures, as well as filing systems and databases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
• Proficient knowledge of the Google Suite of applications and other data capture systems.
