Our client is a rapidly growing organization that is expanding both its reach and offerings on a national scale. They are hiring a Vice President of Operations to support teams across the southwest region.
The Regional Vice President of Operations is responsible for strategy, operation, quality, and personnel development. They will ensure delivery, customer relationships, and manage operations related to home services offerings. They will bring a fresh vision and toolset to develop operations strategy and meet company goals.

Focus:
Build and implement plans for operations – including overall strategy and vision – that best align with organizational goals. Take an active role in leading the day-to-day operations of managers and teams, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate cross functionally with multiple departments to ensure company success.
Lead development of SOPs, metrics, and processes for workflow improvements, risk assessment, and business process improvements. Define scope and goals, set and track milestones, assign team priorities, and report regularly to executive management. Provide strong top-down support, including teambuilding, individual development, relationship building, team cohesion, and leadership organization.
Skill Set:
10+ years of operations leadership experience required. Must have direct management experience within the home services space. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Master’s a plus. Strong background in multi-unit operations strategy planning and implementation. Must have proven leadership skills and problem-solving skills including the ability to influence, motivate, and direct others. Superb time management skills and be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner.
Expertise in pricing, P&L, impact analysis, and business management. Strong project management skillset with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines effectively and efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable delivering presentations to stakeholders and executive management teams.
