Due to industry growth and an increased need, they are looking to hire a Real Estate Attorney to join their dedicated legal team.

As a Real Estate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel in commercial real estate business transactions. Your proficiency in preparing and negotiating a diverse array of corporate and transactional documents will be integral in providing comprehensive legal support that empowers clients to achieve their business aspirations.

Focus:
• Skillfully draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial real estate transactional documents, such as acquisitions, dispositions, loans, development, management, and leasing.
• Represent clients in the negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of transactions.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and other related matters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and legal research to ensure real estate transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within the real estate business unit to develop effective strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
• Build meaningful client relationships through effective communication and understanding their specific needs to provide tailored legal guidance.

Skill Set
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience as an attorney, with a proven track record in commercial real estate law and transactions.
• Must hold a valid and active license to practice law in CA.
• Must be able to professionally interact with clients, forging strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
• Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation.
• A distinguished academic background in law from a reputable institution is required.
• A strong work ethic is essential, showcasing a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and meeting client expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
