Focus:
Handle a wide spectrum of real estate transactions, with a specific focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Your expertise in real estate development projects will be integral in ensuring successful project execution. Leverage your experience in real estate development to provide valuable insights into issues such as restrictive covenants, developer agreements, municipal set asides, land use, and zoning matters. You will be a key resource for clients and lenders seeking clarity on these intricate subjects. Showcase your drafting and negotiation skills by crafting precise and effective documents, including purchase and sale agreements, SNDAs (Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements), estoppels, developer agreements, CCRs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), and easements. Collaborate seamlessly with fellow attorneys, team members, and partners on legal projects. Your ability to work cohesively will contribute to the overall success of the team’s initiatives. Apply your legal acumen to address various construction-related matters, enhancing the team’s capabilities in dealing with legal issues that arise during project execution.

Skill Set
Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate transactions, with a demonstrated track record of success in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects.
Showcase proficiency in real estate and loan closing processes, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of restrictive covenants, developer agreements, municipal set asides, land use, and zoning matters. Exhibit exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating a wide array of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, SNDAs, estoppels, developer agreements, CCRs, and easements. Thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with fellow attorneys, team members, and partners to achieve shared goals. Possess a strong eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all legal documentation and interactions. Maintain a strong ethical compass and adhere to the highest professional standards in legal practice.
Hold a law degree from an accredited institution, accompanied by outstanding academic achievements. Must be currently licensed to practice law where relevant.
