Our client is a leading provider of RF solutions, optical fiber, hardware, engineering services, network analytics, and other wireless products within the telecom space. They are looking to hire a Quality Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing and continually enhancing the company’s Quality and Metrology Programs.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and improving quality functions across the organization. They will lead a dedicated team to ensure that products meet stringent quality requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.

Focus:
Oversee and continually improve the company’s Quality and Metrology Programs. Lead a team of quality professionals, including a quality engineer, quality receiving inspector, metrologist, and potentially a compliance specialist. Maintain and update all Quality Metrics, including MTBF, COQ, and first-pass yields. Act as the focal point for resolving customer and supplier quality issues.
Coordinate the training and coaching of employees in quality techniques. Provide quality leadership in all new product introduction processes and programs. Strong focus on audit, compliance, and maintaining quality standards, especially in New Product Development (NPD). Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of the business.
Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Skill Set
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering; or 10+ years of equivalent, relevant professional experience.
5+ years of experience in the wireless/RF industry with extensive high-level sales experience and ownership over large-scale initiatives. Demonstrable results in quality systems design and implementation. Strong background in audit, compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization and be persistent in ensuring quality standards are met. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and customer interaction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is not compromised.
