Our client is a top provider of wireless and communication structure, on a global scale. Their robust service offerings include 5G, Wi-Fi, fiber, DAS, public safety, and telecom solutions. Due to increased demand, they are looking to hire a Quality Manager to support projects through data analysis and continuous improvement.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to find and address areas of improvement for various projects. This role will help build the foundation for the company’s procurement, operations, and expansion strategies. This individual should have a strong quality assurance background with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Focus:
• Support projects from proposal to close-out through quality assurance analysis covering logistics, procurement, engineering, operations, processes, vendors, and more.
• Prepare data analysis for process improvement proposals, and ensure proper record keeping for workflows, requirements, etc.
• Create, implement, and optimize quality best practices throughout the organization, collaborating with internal teams to ensure benchmarks are met.
• Collaborate and negotiate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to establish and maintain uniform quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards such as ISO 9001.
• Occasionally travel and assess quality onsite.
Skill Set:
• 10+ years of engineering experience. Civil engineering and telecom background, preferred.
• Associates degree in quality, engineering, technology, or a related field, preferred.
• Quality assurance certifications a plus. Understanding of methodologies, best practices, and current trends a must.
• Proven experience tracking and executing continuous improvement projects.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
• Superb time management skills and be able to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines effectively and efficiently.
