Our client is a leading manufacturer of building materials, offering top-of-the-line structural products. To maintain their success, they focus on product quality and product availability. They are hiring a Quality Compliance Coordinator to oversee the integration and maintenance of Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 standards across all company facilities.
This position demands a proactive approach to internal audits, training, and system management, with an emphasis on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. The role is pivotal in ensuring product standards meet customer requirements and company policies are well-implemented and understood by all staff.

Focus:
Spearhead the deployment and continuous enhancement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems across all company locations. Design and lead educational initiatives for staff on quality standards and system usage. Conduct comprehensive internal audits and facilitate seamless interaction with external auditors. Initiate and supervise action plans for system optimization post-audit evaluations. Administer the integration and maintenance of the QT9 quality software throughout the organization. Assure adherence to product standards and oversee rigorous inspection and testing procedures. Synthesize data on quality discrepancies and customer feedback to develop improvement strategies. Support the sales department with expert quality insights and manage quality communications with clients.
Skill Set
Accredited ISO quality systems training with auditor credentials, preferably lead auditor status. A minimum of a post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven quality improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Advanced computer skills, particularly with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to company sites. Background in implementing process improvements and conducting root cause analysis. Capacity to work with cross-functional teams to develop quality systems and provide exceptional customer service.
