Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for their Data Center projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Focus:

• Ensure all construction practices adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee the commissioning and punch list processes for construction projects, ensuring thorough and timely completion.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in construction quality management, with a proven record of successfully completed projects.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and industry standards.

Skill Set:

• Construction Quality Manager for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or an equivalent construction quality management certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality management.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, techniques, codes, and regulations.
• Proven experience managing the commissioning and punch list processes in construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• ICC certifications in building inspection or similar credentials related to construction inspections preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
