Apply your comprehensive understanding of the staff accountant role to expertly guide your team.
Effectively balance speed and accuracy, demonstrating top-notch time management. Leverage your advanced accounting knowledge across diverse, intricate projects. Identify and propose innovative solutions to challenges faced by clients, collaborating with the PPM group. Proficiently operate and train on firm-utilized software to ensure efficient workflow. Discover opportunities to provide value-added recommendations for clients.
Excel in handling unexpected client requests, events, and adeptly prioritize workloads. Contribute to staff development, fostering efficiency and growth among team members. Conduct comprehensive reviews of staff work, offering constructive feedback for their development. Expand your technical proficiency through continuous learning, CPE, personal dedication, and on-the-job training.
Skill Set:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Commitment to achieving Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation within 1 year of employment. Accumulated 2-3 years of invaluable Public Accounting experience.
Proficiency in software including Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting CS, Thomson Reuters, Checkpoint, Engagement, Adobe, and Quickbooks.
