Our client is an industry leader in the commercial real estate space. They are hiring a Property Manager to lead an industrial property management team, oversee construction, and develop resident relationships.
The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties and managers responsible for construction oversight, leasing, resident satisfaction and retention. This person is a master problem-solver who is skilled in project and people management.

Focus:
Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with tenants, providing quality customer service. Keep in contact with all tenants, managing property checks, onboarding/introductions, renewals, and rental close outs. Collect and manage rent, fees, and payments from tenants on a monthly basis. Handle tenant issues/concerns, including maintenance issues, to ensure resident satisfaction. Work with senior management to define goals, set budget, track milestones, assign team priorities, and report regularly to executive management. Forecast budget, legal/permitting costs, and timelines. Facilitate communication with vendors, internal teams, engineers, tenants, and contracting teams. Assist with vendor selection for major projects. Communicate requests, scheduling, and urgency to construction team. Support accounting with general tasks as needed.
Skill Set:
3+ years of property management experience required. Proven background in commercial real estate management, and supervisory experience. Real Estate license required; Bachelor’s degree a plus. CCIM, CPM, or RPA certifications preferred. Expert project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Ability to self-manage and work independently. Strong knowledge of property management software (i.e. Yardi) and MS Office Suite – Excel and Word. Ability to read architectural documents and blueprints, with a firm understanding of the competitive bid process. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical mind-set with strong organizational skills. Valid Driver’s License required.
