Focus:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure project success and uphold our commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence. Develop and negotiate project scopes, timelines, and financial proposals that align with client requirements and project objectives. Efficiently manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to enhance project execution and resource utilization. Implement rigorous quality control processes to guarantee the highest quality standards are consistently met in project deliverables.

Foster and nurture client relationships, with a particular focus on municipalities and public agencies. Maintain strong rapport and prioritize client contentment. Prepare for and participate in project interviews, effectively conveying the value and expertise offered by our organization. Skill Set:

Hold a BCE degree and maintain an active PE license registered in AZ. 10+ years of experience in overseeing roadway engineering projects for public agencies, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes. Exhibit proficiency in initiating contracts, conducting effective negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing referrals, showcasing strong client interaction abilities. Display clear and concise communication skills, both in verbal and written forms, facilitating effective conveyance of project details and fostering collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Show the ability to work effectively, display strong organizational skills, and operate independently with minimal oversight.
