A nationally recognized engineering consultancy is expanding its data center and mission-critical project leadership team. Known for delivering complex infrastructure projects with precision, they are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead initiatives in the mission-critical sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, has a technical foundation in MEP or similar systems, and excels in overseeing high-performance teams on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Direct the design and execution of capital projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Review proposals and planning documents to validate project timelines, resource allocation, and strategic direction.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, assign responsibilities, and oversee interdisciplinary team coordination.
• Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, track construction progress, and oversee technical documentation.
• Provide hands-on guidance during construction administration including site visits, field reports, and issue resolution.
• Maintain ongoing communication and documentation across all parties to ensure streamlined execution and reporting.

• Monitor performance, resolve project-related challenges, and adapt plans as necessary to maintain momentum and quality.
• Travel is limited and scheduled as needed for project success.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing complex engineering or MEP design projects, preferably in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, infrastructure-heavy facilities).
• Proven leadership in a consulting or owner’s representative capacity within design-build or construction environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of interfacing with high-profile clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• E. licensure is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in project tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction project tracking systems.
• Experience with project accounting systems (e.g., Deltek) and scheduling tools a plus.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications, construction documentation processes, and compliance standards.
