The Project Manager – Land Development will play a central role in the engineering team. They’ll be in charge of guiding projects from start to finish, working closely with skilled engineers to make sure every project meets the company’s high standards.

• Guide the engineering team to ensure projects are delivered to perfection and within set timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering and project management, ideally within the realm of commercial land development.
• Possess AZ Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain one within 3 months of start date.
• Demonstrated track record of effectively steering land projects and a thorough grasp of local regulatory nuances.
• Proficiency in using tools like AutoCAD, Civil3D, and an ability to interpret complex engineering drafts.
• Stellar communication skills, leadership ability, and a propensity for productive team collaborations.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, paired with multitasking expertise and time-management skills.
• Proven expertise in client interactions, from initial discussions and contract negotiations to ensure enduring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
