Our client, a leader in enterprise wireless solutions, is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee and drive the successful execution of DAS and Public Safety ERRCS projects in various high-profile venues, including healthcare, hospitality, and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution, including network buildouts, scheduling, risk assessment, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless deployments.

Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to maintain alignment and ensure project success.

Maintain a structured reporting system with detailed tracking of project milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Oversee quality assurance and compliance with industry standards, ensuring best practices in wireless network infrastructure implementation.

Provide leadership in managing service levels, partner relationships, and ongoing operational support.

Qualifications:

Over eight years of expertise in managing projects and programs related to DAS, ERRCS, or public safety communication systems.

Strong background in wireless carrier networks (Big 3 carriers, MVNOs, or emerging telecom brands).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive multiple concurrent projects to completion.

Technical knowledge of network deployment, software integration, and infrastructure operations.

Experience managing capital projects across varying scopes and scales.

Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex environments.

Willingness to travel to project sites within South Florida and beyond as needed.
