Our client is a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to delivering top-quality support to individuals in the community. They are currently seeking a Program Manager of ABA to join their growing team.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing ABA service delivery to individuals in need. They will lead the clinical program, offer consultation, and support to the behavioral health crisis center, and provide various services such as needed based on functional assessment.

Focus:
Supervise LBA’s and caseloads, delivering support and training as needed. Identify and coordinate referrals, scheduling and completing assessments to get individuals started in services. Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate records of services provided. Proactively stays up to date on current best practices and standards in the field. Provide education and training to programs and community as needed. Maintain the highest level of ethical awareness, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies and procedures. Assist in monitoring budgets and approvals of training or purchase of supplies. Deliver consultation, training, technical assistance, and coaching. Assist in networking and collaborating with other agencies in the community.
Skill Set:
5+ years of ABA service and supervisory experience. Current certification as a BCBA, LBA required. In-depth knowledge of BHD, including assessment and diagnosis skills. Proficient in behavior analytic approaches, evidence-based interventions, and a broad range of treatment modalities, including the development of treatment plans. Familiarity with evaluation tools for psychological testing. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
