Our client is a leader in the steel tubular industry with a commitment to innovation and excellence that drives them to deliver high-quality solutions to their clients. They are seeking a seasoned Production Manager with extensive experience in OCTG manufacturing to oversee our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficient processes, and leading our production team to meet company goals.

Focus:
• Direct and supervise the comprehensive manufacturing cycle of steel tubular products, encompassing surface protection applications, thermal processing, quality control assessments, and precision cutting operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet internal and customer deadlines.
• Ensure the quality control of all production outputs, aligning with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and integrate new technologies.
• Monitor equipment and software efficiency, proposing upgrades and maintenance when necessary.
Skill Set:
• At least a decade of industry expertise in oil country tubular goods production or a similarly aligned sector is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong record in team management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with industry-specific software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Dependable mode of transportation essential for punctual daily attendance.
• Commitment to availability, including readiness to work additional hours or during weekends when necessary.
• Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
