Their strong commitment to customer relationships has earned them a strong market reputation. They are looking to hire a Product Engineer to join their growing team.
The Product Engineer will be responsible for guiding and training manufacturing personnel in production processes and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing operations.

Focus:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including assembly procedures, instructions, and specifications. Collaborate with product design teams to enhance manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Present project updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and recommendations. Continuously improve product build processes for cost, quality, and efficiency. Implement process enhancements and best practices to drive operational excellence. Take ownership of workload, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
Skill Set:
5+ years of relevant engineering work experience. Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field. Hands-on experience in an RF and microwave manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of RF amplifier operations and practical usage. Strong aptitude for writing comprehensive documentation and precise reports. Familiarity with industry-specific conventions and standards related to Vizion and AutoCAD. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and proficiently utilize software programs. Advanced proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications. Excellent verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and accuracy. Proficient in English language at all levels of communication.
