Our client is a leading manufacturer of building materials, offering top-of-the-line structural products. To maintain their success, they focus on product quality and product availability. They are hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and the streamlining of their production operations.
The Process Engineer will be instrumental in fine-tuning and enhancing production processes to achieve peak efficiency and maintain the highest standards of quality. They will actively contribute to the plant’s operational excellence, ensuring seamless product delivery to their esteemed customers.

Ensure machinery operates safely, following company safety policies and reporting any unsafe conditions. Continuously optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, throughput, and product quality. Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain smooth tube mill equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance plans. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved yield, and resource optimization without compromising product quality. Evaluate and implement automation technologies, data analysis tools, and process control systems to boost plant performance. Create and maintain detailed process documentation to aid training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives, employing methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and environmental standards in plant operations. Provide technical support and training to production teams for effective process execution. Collaborate with various departments to address production challenges and find effective solutions.
2+ years of process engineering experience. Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field. Familiarity with techniques for maintaining quality standards, statistical analysis of processes, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing philosophy. Strong attention to detail, adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment, and commitment to workplace safety. Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Commitment to safety and precision. Strong teamwork, strategy, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
