They are hiring a Solutions Engineer to their team as demand for their services continues to grow.

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales teams to deploy and support products and solutions for clients. The person in this role will have access to an extensive range of support resources, as well as training and career advancement opportunities. This person will act as the technical expert on a full suite of military-grade products for customers and partners.

Focus:

• Accompany sales executives to meetings with clients and identify customer business goals, assisting the business development team in creating custom RFQs/RFPs.
• Lead product presentations and demonstrations for customers, post signed contract.
• Support all phases of the design cycle through account management in direct and indirect sales.
• Troubleshoot and maintain applications related to assembly and
• Ensure quality of failure systems, working cross-functionally with the quality team.
• Work with engineering teams to optimize and approve product designs and solutions.
• Translate project requirements into technical design requirements for the engineering team.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and existing customers.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or another relevant field.
• 2+ years of mechanical engineering or industrial assembly experience.
• Background in industrial sales as well as experience working with fastening hardware.
• Strong technical background with the ability to work cross-functionally between product management, sales, development engineering, and quality teams.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions and ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Must be a US citizen and able to work in the military field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to successfully interact with customers and provide technical documentation to the engineering team.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
