They are currently in search of a dedicated Pool Maintenance Technician to join their esteemed team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for a range of pool maintenance tasks, from water quality testing to equipment troubleshooting. Focus:
• Conduct water quality tests and maintain appropriate chemical balances to ensure optimal pool conditions.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and lighting systems.
• Identify and rectify structural issues, such as leaks or cracks in the pool area, pipes, or plumbing.
• Perform routine pool cleaning and filtration system maintenance using certified equipment.
• Educate customers on best practices for preventative pool maintenance.
• Complete all required documentation detailing services performed and chemicals utilized.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, attend safety training, and maintain accurate records.
Skill Set:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a pool maintenance technician.
• Proficient understanding of pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the pool industry.
• A valid driver’s license is a must.
