Our client, a major player in the health and dietary industry, is looking to hire a Plant Manager to spearhead operations at one of their key facilities. • Oversee and lead a team towards achieving excellence in product quality, production rates, and overall operational efficiency.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in a production setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with various stakeholders such as board members, senior management, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability in leading operations towards the achievement of defined objectives in areas like safety, production, and quality.
• Strategic mindset, capable of foreseeing, planning for, and navigating through operational challenges to foster continuous improvement.
• Adept at analyzing and improving operational processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
