They are currently seeking an Operations Tech to play an integral role in maintaining Distributed Antenna System (DAS) venues and ensuring all contractual warranty and maintenance obligations are met. As an Operations Tech, you will be the frontline defender at various venues, demonstrating competence in RF technologies, DAS, and related field tests.

Focus:
• Work under the Operations or Construction Manager, contributing to diverse telecom projects.
• Execute construction tasks, such as cable pulling, connecting, and equipment mounting.
• Assemble racks, test coaxial and fiber optic cables, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot systems, perform preventative maintenance and uphold high standards.
• Conduct CW testing and commissioning, meeting or exceeding project requirements.
• Assist with DAS and signal source installations across telecom projects.
• Attend directed trainings, maintaining technical certifications for OEM equipment and cabling.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, showcasing professionalism.
• Handle additional tasks as requested by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility.
Skill Set:
• High school education or equivalent, preferred.
• 1+ years of wireless construction background.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and maps.
• Experience with DAS and field tests such as sweep/PIM.
• Proficiency with DAS tools such as CommScope/Andrew, Corning/Mobile Access, JMA, ADRF, SOLID, or equivalent.
• Excellent project management skills and knowledge of common tools and programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Valid Driver’s License with willingness to travel up to 50%
