Our client is a leader in accessible health solutions for local communities. To support their continued growth, they are hiring a Medicare Project Manager to support the Product team in various projects.
The Project Manager will be focused on planning, risk management, and leadership of throughout all phases of Medicare projects. They will manage the projects’ budget and scope, interface with stakeholders, and establish project standards.

Focus:
• Lead Medicare projects from proposal to close-out.
• Establish project charter including scope of work, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend the internal and/or external resources to reach the project goals and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Assess and mitigate project risks. Recommend solutions to senior leadership.
• Determine project objectives, timeline, budget, and performance standards. Ensure proper documentation for projects.
• Work cross functionally to produce data sheets, product feature marketing materials, BOMs, product specifications, and other related documentation.
• Stay continually appraised of project status and report to stakeholders.
Skill Set:
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Background in the healthcare industry beneficial. Knowledge of Medicare preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodology, best practices, and software.
• Superb time management skills and be able to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines effectively and efficiently.
• Team-oriented drive with a focus on the big picture and the greater good of the company.
• Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with incredible attention to detail.
