• Document findings and maintain organized records within the QMS (Quality Management System).
• Conduct internal audits and deliver training on procedures to ensure quality consistency and compliance.
• Evaluate and enhance process and engineering controls to mitigate potential quality risks.
• Stay informed on advancements in mechanical systems and quality assurance technologies.
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong background in mechanical diagnostics, including experience with tools, measurement devices, and component teardowns.
• Demonstrated ability to use Excel for data collection, pivot tables, charting, and basic statistical functions.
• Experience working within a QMS environment and applying continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to executive leadership.
• Passion for hands-on problem solving, with personal or professional exposure to mechanical systems (e.g., dirt bikes, automotive repair, etc.).
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical tools is a plus.
• CAD skills and comfort road-testing mechanical systems are advantageous.
What This Role Offers:
• Opportunity to directly influence product strategy and engineering direction.
• Highly visible role working closely with leadership across engineering, quality, and customer service.
• Collaborative, hands-on environment where your impact is seen across the organization.
