Our client is a leader in the networks and connectivity space with over 15 years of history providing first-rate services. They are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts through strategy, web design, content creation, and branding.
The Marketing Manager will oversee development, design, and implement effective marketing and branding strategies to build the brand and increase customer awareness and engagement. This role will collaborate with various internal teams to execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and digital content.

Focus:
• Lead the marketing strategy and team through research, feedback, and analysis to influence pricing and product promotion.
• Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments including social media, direct mailers, email campaigns, etc.
• Analyze the market, customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and best practices to build successful branding strategies.
• Help build awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and maximize ROI.
• Work with cross functional department heads to ensure a unified message and stay up to date on service offerings.
• Optimize website content and landing pages to reduce bounce rate, improve traffic flow, reduce downtime, and increase conversions.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure compliance.
Skill Set:
• 5+ years of experience managing full company marketing strategy required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Strong background leading social media initiatives across various platforms.
• Hands-on experience in website design and maintenance.
• Experience with marketing/email automation and CRM tools, a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
