As they continue to push the boundaries of excellence, they are in search of a dedicated Manufacturing Associate Engineer to join their team and contribute to their mission of innovation and operational improvement.
As a Manufacturing Associate Engineer, you will work under minimal supervision to provide critical technical support to our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for a variety of engineering-related tasks, including driving process improvements. Your role will be pivotal in resolving safety concerns, troubleshooting quality issues, and enhancing production efficiencies.

Focus:
Provide technical support to production and manufacturing engineers on various tasks. Assist in planning and executing manufacturing engineering process changes or engineering design changes to support plant operations. Conduct troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities, including repairing, modifying, and testing mechanical, electronic, or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, and production equipment. Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Solve basic and complex problems, and may assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues. Continuously monitor process adherence on the shop floor and provide guidance to employees. Provide training and support to production teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes. Offer data analysis to determine best practices, prioritize tasks, and ensure the production of quality products.
Skill Set
Associates or higher degree in mechanical, electrical, computer engineering, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Basic knowledge of hydraulic operations.
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in multitasking and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. High attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. Experience in Lean Manufacturing is preferred. Background in the Automotive Industry is preferred. Experience in writing technical work instructions is preferred. Basic knowledge of machine controls and CNC operations is preferred.
