The Manager of Systems Engineering oversees and directs technical and engineering development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Focus:

Lead and manage a team of Systems Engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.

Define and analyze system requirements to ensure optimal performance within business and technical constraints.

Conduct system performance evaluations and recommend improvements.

Coordinate engineering efforts for new product and service development, including technical project management responsibilities.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges and achieve project goals.

Support integration and deployment of new systems by working closely with gateway, satellite, and product engineering teams.

Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of projects and the engineering team.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on wireless communication is preferred.

20+ years of systems engineering experience, including at least 10 years in a wireless technology environment.

Strong background in modern communication systems and satellite technologies.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with NetSuite.

Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting and test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.

Expertise in large-scale satellite system integration and testing.

Ability to foster teamwork and provide guidance to engineering staff.
