With such a high emphasis on serving their communities and continued business demands, they are hiring a Manager of Analytics & Sales Operations to collaborate across multiple departments and introduce efficient methods, procedures, and software to expedite the Company’s income expansion.
The Manager of Analytics & Sales Operations will be accountable for streamlining the sales operation process with an emphasis on commercial analytics, leading to the success of the sales team and will report to the COO. A suitable applicant shall possess a thorough comprehension of business analytics, data-informed decision-making, and sales operation policies to guarantee agent prosperity.

Evaluate and improve processes to align with sales strategies, increase productivity, and enhance performance. Administer and troubleshoot sales enablement platforms to ensure access to accurate data for campaign management. Provide guidance, coaching, and development programs to equip them with necessary tools, resources, and insights.
Coordinate sales operations activities with sales, marketing, training, and operations teams to achieve company goals. Continuously analyze business, systems, customers, agents, and sales cycles to increase revenue and efficiency. Build strong relationships and effective communication across departments. Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes. Equip sales team with necessary resources and insights to achieve sales success.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. 10-12 years of experience in sales operations, sales/business analytics, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce.
