Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (biology or science background is a plus).
5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams in regulated industries.
ERP and inventory management experience required.
Strong command of operational planning, team development, and regulatory documentation.
Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
A strategic thinker with a tactical edge—someone who can pivot between high-level planning and day-to-day problem-solving.

Familiarity with sterile filtration, acetone powders, tissue processing, or complement collection.
Background in safety-sensitive, ISO-classified environments.
