As a Maintenance Technician, you will be pivotal in analyzing, troubleshooting, and maintaining both manufacturing and facility equipment. This role demands proficiency in a variety of technical disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Focus:
• Maintain and repair production equipment, with a specific emphasis on Komori machinery.
• Analyze and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics to identify and resolve issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity and efficiency of production equipment.
• Operate and repair various mechanical equipment, including mills, lathes, and welders.
• Utilize PMXpert software for managing work orders and tracking equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with the installation of conduit, data, and phone lines to support production operations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of production processes and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management to support company objectives.
Skill Set:
• A technical degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or HVAC is preferred.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically with production equipment.
• Strong capability in using test equipment and operating technical machinery as listed.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
• Certifications for operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment are advantageous.
