Focus:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications to maintain product accuracy and quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different molds and materials as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet established quality standards.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience operating injection molding machines or comparable equipment is highly desirable.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly with injection molding, is preferred.

• Capable of lifting and moving materials as needed.
