As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our client’s facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and holistic healthcare services to residents. Your dedication to meeting individual needs, actively listening, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional care will be integral to our client’s mission.

Focus:
Provide direct nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring accurate documentation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans.
Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions. Foster a warm, nurturing environment, building positive relationships with residents and their families. Attend to special requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate and detailed resident records, promoting their independence and well-being while ensuring safety. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Skill Set
CPR certification and valid LPN license in the state of Illinois. Compliance with healthcare worker vaccination requirements.
Prior nursing experience, with a preference for clinical experience in long-term care settings. Strong dedication to providing compassionate and holistic care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and proficiency in documentation.
