They are currently seeking an Outside Sales Specification – Lighting professional to join their team. This role is open to individuals with backgrounds in lighting design or engineering who are interested in transitioning into sales. As an Outside Sales Specification – Lighting, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for lighting specifications, collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions.

Focus:

Work closely with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand their specific lighting needs and provide customized lighting solutions. Deliver professional and engaging presentations on our cutting-edge lighting products and solutions.

Conduct polished and captivating presentations showcasing state-of-the-art lighting products and solutions. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to promote our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies, and share this knowledge with clients. Create lighting design plans and effectively communicate lighting concepts to clients. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand your professional network and uncover new business opportunities.

Skill Set:

A bachelor’s degree or Lighting Certification (LC) is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the lighting industry. Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.

A basic understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, and AGI32 is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A results-driven and self-motivated attitude with a focus on surpassing sales targets. A genuine passion for the lighting industry and its latest innovations. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
