Focus:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services across inpatient and outpatient care settings
Perform patient evaluations, design treatment plans, and lead therapy sessions to improve daily living, cognitive, and sensorimotor skills
Promote patient independence using tailored therapy strategies and adaptive technologies
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans, home safety, and equipment use
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient recovery and therapy goals
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements
Engage in continuous learning and professional development; contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Participate in key projects and interdisciplinary planning sessions as required
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s preferred
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Washington (or eligibility upon hire)
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy practice preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
Proven ability to adapt, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic healthcare setting
