This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases, crafting legal strategies, and effectively representing clients in various legal scenarios. The candidate will collaborate closely with senior legal staff, providing an opportunity for professional growth in the field of personal injury law.

Focus:

Consult with clients to understand the specifics and strengths of each case. Handle personal injury cases from inception to settlement, ensuring thorough preparation and research. Represent clients in legal negotiations and court appearances. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and appeals. Maintain strict confidentiality and secure management of client information. Regularly report on case progress and document time allocation. Keep up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.

Skill Set:

3+ years of experience in personal injury law, preferably representing plaintiffs. Accredited Law degree and licensed to practice law. Demonstrated expertise in personal injury law and legal practice. Knowledge of current legislation and case law in personal injury. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Fluency in Spanish is required.
